When Bovis Lend Lease needed a three storey operation centre for housing their team working on a large regeneration project in central Manchester, they chose Elliott Modular to provide a modular building system.
The eye-catching modular building is finished in Bovis corporate blue and features a sizeable viewing balcony. The ground floor houses a large canteen and welfare area with the two other floors accommodating various office configurations.
